Superman - Destruction Inc - Movie Review |
|
Lois and Clarke are undercover at the Metropolis Munitions Works, where dirty deeds are afoot. Can Lois foil the saboteurs on her own, or will she wind up gagged and bound - again! - and needing the man with the big red cape to come to her rescue? More war-time propaganda, illustrating those days in Hollywood's history when it was clearly a propaganda organ of the larger state. Through the Production Code and the war-time Bureau of Motion Pictures, Hollywood - by and large - served a higher master - yet still somehow managed to produce films that were entertaining.
